There's Poop In My Soup
Free yourself and poop on everyone and everything that you see with There's Poop In My Soup. Go from city to city doing your business and unlock abilities that help you score more points.
Graphics — 3.5/5
If ever there was a game that made absolutely no sense, There's Poop In My Soup would stand out like a sore thumb. That being said, the graphics in the game are not horrendous. In fact, the animations are quite good and the characters too are rather well designed. The buildings, tables, vehicles, and other objects in the surrounding environment are colorful and neatly created. Overall, the game's graphics and design are above average considering the objective of the game.
Gameplay — 3.5/5
As described earlier, the game doesn't make sense at all, but there is an objective in it. Your goal is to basically poop on everyone and everything that falls under your poop radar. You get to visit cities like New York, Beijing, and Paris only to poop on the people there. As you start the game, your pooping skills are somewhat underdeveloped. You climb onto the terrace, balcony, fire escape, or clothes wire and launch your poop into the streets. Unassuming people walking by, or people enjoying a hot bowl of soup, or even kids enjoying a cold ice-cream get the worst of it and collapse, which in return give you points. The more you knock people out with your poop, the more points you earn. As you progress through the game, you can unlock special pooping abilities that include rapid fire, poop bombs, and more. These help you get more points and unlock even better abilities. With every city you visit, your surroundings and even the people change in appearance. In New York, you can even play as Donald Trump.
Controls — 4/5
There's Poop In My Soup is a very minimalistic game that offers you a lot of fun, but very little in other aspects. The controls are therefore extremely basic. Movement is controlled with the arrow keys or specially designated keys on a keyboard or the D-Pad on a compatible controller. Launching your poop into the streets can be controlled with either the mouse or one of the buttons on the controller. The controls are not complicated and can be mastered quickly.
Replay Value — 2/5
You don't really get a lot from There's Poop In My Soup as a game which means the chances for people coming back to it often are quite slim. Yes, it is a lot of fun and it delivers on everything it promises, but there isn't any challenging aspect to it. Once you collect all the special pooping abilities, your game is basically over and done with. It is a great one time play but as far as its replay value is concerned, it is quite low.
If you're in the mood to just take a break from hardcore gaming or just need to relax after a stressful day at work, There's Poop In My Soup will give you exactly what you need, and then some. The game will help you forget about everything else and you will find yourself focusing on landing your deadly poop on the innocent people below. This is not a game for those players who are looking for something challenging though.
